Study Management
A key part of ongoing regulatory compliance is the generation of new data to evaluate chemical properties.
Careful design and monitoring of these studies is crucial in order to get reliable results in the end.
Embark can support you with experimental design to create bespoke testing strategies for your substances, and work on your behalf to get a better service from third party testing laboratories.
REACH Dossier compliance
Improving the quality of REACH registration dossiers has been highlighted as a top priority for both regulators and the chemicals industry.
New legislation and guidance is continuously being introduced making dossier compliance an ongoing activity. Embark has a deep understanding of these requirements and can support you to improve your dossiers and mitigate the risks of costly and disruptive compliance checks.
New CLP Hazards
The EU CLP regulation was recently updated to introduce new hazard classes.
These require substances to be evaluated for properties such as persistence, mobility, bioaccumulation and toxicity. Substances and mixtures now need to be assessed and classified according to these PBT/vPvB and PMT/vPvM hazard classes, with legally binding deadlines. Embark are leading experts in the evaluation of these hazards and can guide you to understand and comply with these new requirements.
